My first experience with photography in an event setting was taking behind-the-scenes shots and clips of a short film whilst in University. This is where I learnt and began to love finding the right shot in a moving moment.

I was given the opportunity by the owner of The Haunted Bookshop in Stokes Croft to take the pictures for their book signing event for the author Lize Meddings for her newest book that is a part of her ‘The Sad Ghost Club’ franchise.

This was my first club event and will definitely not be my last. The atmosphere of the event was lovely and gave a good pathway for perfect candids and a true representation of how everyone was feeling at that point.
